Step – 1 – First, visit the official website of IGNOU at www.ignou.ac.in.
Step – 2 – Go to Student Zone from Student Support.

Step – 4 – Next, find and click on Migration Certificate from the left tab of the window.
Step – 5 – Now, click on Application Form for Migration Certificate to get the form.
Step – 6 – Download the form and take a printout.
