IGNOU offers a solution for students who have made excess payments by mistake during the form submission. If your transaction has failed but money has been deducted or if you have paid extra by mistake, you can visit your respective banks and show them the details to ask them for a Chargeback only after the university has issued your IGNOU Hall Ticket for the TEE June 2025.
