IGNOU Exam Fee Refund Policy
IGNOU offers a solution for students who have made excess payments by mistake during the form submission. If your transaction has failed but money has been deducted or if you have paid extra by mistake, you can visit your respective banks and show them the details to ask them for a Chargeback only after the university has issued your Hall Ticket for the TEE December 2024.
Once the bank raises a Chargeback, the university will verify the charges and then will refund the extra amount to the same bank account that you have used for the payment.
If the university finds that any student has used this method for illegal means, the university will immediately cancel the exam of that particular student.
