IGNOU sends study materials by Speed Post and usually, it takes about 30 days to 45 days from the registration date for you to get the study materials from the university. However, the delivery may get delayed up to 2 to 3 months because of various factors such as your geographical location, unclear address, and others.

At times, the study materials may returned to your respective IGNOU regional center but you do not get them because of some error in your mentioned address. So, in case of delays, you must check with your respective regional centre first.
How to Download IGNOU Study Material?
Even when you have received your study materials, it is always a great idea to download IGNOU study materials for convenience.
Step – 1 – Go to www.ignou.ac.in and then click on eGyanKosh on the Homepage.
Step – 2 – On the eGyanKosh page, click on the IGNOU Self Learning Material (SLM) link from the left tab.
Step – 3 – Select your school from the list.
Step – 4 – Click on Levels and select your program.
Step – 5 – Click on Current and select your course.
Step – 6 – Next select your language and you will soon see the modules.
You have to download the chapters one by one of all the modules. Save them by creating folders for each module to reduce confusion later on.
